**NEW YEAR'S PACKAGE 2009 / 2010**
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: The New Year's package MUST include the nights from December 28th to January 1st or December 29th to January 2nd. We require a minimum stay of these 4 nights. The other nights, out of the package, we charge the regular price. We will NOT accept reservations out of the package, and for less than 4 nights.
**** CARNIVAL PACKAGE 2010 ****
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: The carnival package MUST include the nights from February 12th to February 17th. We require a minimum stay of these 5 nights. The other nights, out of the package, we charge the regular price. We will NOT accept reservations out of the package, and for less than 5.

Cancellations must be done 30 days before, after that we will charge 50% of New Year's package.
No show - we will charge 100% of the hole package (4 nights)
CARNIVAL PACKAGE (February 12th till February 17th 2010)
CANCELLATIONS: 50% fine of total
Directions
From the International Airport
Distance: 30 Km (around 30 minutes)
Pick the special bus 'Frescão REAL' and drop off at Copacabana Beach in the corner of Rua Siqueira Campos.
Go along the street, till you reach Rua Silva Castro, turn the left and walk 20 meters to reach the place.
From Santos Dumont Airport (Domestic Airport)
Distance: 10 Km (around 15 minutes)
Pick the special bus 'Frescão REAL' and drop off at Copacabana Beach in the corner of Rua Siqueira Campos.
Same procedure as the international airport one.
From Novo Rio Bus Station
Distance: 12 Km (around 30 minutes)
Pick bus 128 and drop off at Rua Barata Ribeiro (Copacabana) in the corner of Rua Siqueira Campos.
Airport Meeting Service: A transfer service from Rio de Janeiro airport to Happy Rio Hostel can be arranged on request.
