Our hostel is the perfect solution for those seeking peace and quiet, something hard to find in the chaos of a big city like Milan. In fact, thanks to location, near the Tangenziale East and Piazza Loreto (City University), you can reach easily by subway and / or media surface, all the main areas of Milan: the Cathedral, the Sforzesco Castle, the Fiera Milano in Rho Pero, etc.Wi-Fi 5.00 a day.

Check in: starting at 14:00 (2:00 PM) if you arrive earlier you can leave your baggae for free but the room will be available only starting at 14:00 (2:00 PM)

Hotel Galla is also very near to the most important hospital of the city (San Raffaele - Centro Tumori Besta - Clinica Santa Rita). We offer special conditions to all guests that come to make examinations in these specialized structures.
The same service is reserved to students who search a cheap accommodation in order to attend courses at the Milan Polytechnic or at the Public University in Piazza Leonardo da Vinci.
For customers who reach our hostel by car, you can park thirty meters in a garage open 24 hours
Our hotel offers single, double and family of three or four people at very competitive prices. All rooms have a bathroom outside

How to find us:
By plane
From the Malpensa airport, there are two ways to reach the airport:
1) Take the Malpensa Express train to the Cadorna stop, then take the metro, green-line 2 in the direction of Cascina Gobba/Gessate/Cologno and get off at the Lambrate Station [11 stops];
From the exit of the subway, in Piazza Bottini, watching the railway station and turn left into Via Antonio Salieri (at the crossroad there´s Coin Bar).
Continue for 50 meters until Piazza Gobetti, along the park on the left, going straight up to Via Vallazze; At the second traffic light, turn right into Via Teodosio and walk for 50 meters.
Cross the street and you will arrive in Via Galla Placida where at number 5 you will find our hotel.

From Milan´s Linate airport, take Bus 73 to its last stop (Piazza San Babila), change to the metro red-line 1 in the direction of Sesto FS, and get off at Piazza Loreto [4 stops]. Walk down Via Porpora (about 800 meters), once cross Via Padre Giovanni Battista Martini, turn right and a few meters turn left in Via Galla Placida where at number 5 you will find our hotel.
From Bergamo´s Orio al Serio airport, Take the Shuttle offered by 'Autostradale' which will take you to the Central Train Station. In Piazza Duca D´Aosta, take in the center of the square, the 33 tram in the direction of Rimembranze Lambrate and get off at the stop in Via Porpora to the crossroad Via Teodosio.
At the traffic light, turn right into Via Teodosio and after the Bar Albatros turn immediately right into the Via Galla Placida where at number 5 you will find our hotel.
By train
From the Central Railway Station get the subway, green-line 2 towards Cascina Gobba/Gessate/Cologno and get off at the Lambrate stop [4 stops];
From the exit of the subway, in Piazza Bottini, watching the railway station and turn left into Via Antonio Salieri (at the crossroad there´s Coin Bar).
Continue for 50 meters until Piazza Gobetti, along the park on the left, going straight up to Via Vallazze; At the second traffic light, turn right into Via Teodosio and walk for 100 meters.
Cross the street and you will arrive in Via Galla Placida where at number 5 you will find our hotel.
If you prefer taking a bus from the central railway station, take the 33 tram in the direction of Rimembranze Lambrate and get off at the 3th stop in Via Porpora At the traffic light, turn right into Via Teodosio and after the Bar Albatros turn immediately right into the Via Galla Placida where at number 5 you will find our hotel.
By car
Leave the Tangenziale East highway at Lambrate [Exit 8].
Then, turn to your left at the light and go down through Via Rombon.
After the tunnel, going straight along via Porpora until the AGIP service stration, at the traffic light, turn left into Via Teodosio and after the Bar Albatros turn immediately right into the Via Galla Placida where at number 5 you will find our hotel.
