Description
Our condo has an equipped kitchen with large table in the dinning area that will seat six. Table and chairs on the balcony, cable t.v. and air conditioning. King size bed in master and double in second bed room, cot downstairs that could accommodate another adult but not privately. Circular staircase to the second storey. Balconies up and down with spectacular ocean views of the beach, pool and city lights at night. The decor is Mexican. Their is a staff at the entrance 24/7 and security. Maid service can be arranged and is very reasonable. Internet available in bldg. There is a restaurant overlooking the ocean, washer drier, lovely gardens and a small market on site. Steps from the beach and heated swimming pool. We are on the 6th and 7th floor with 2 elevators in buildingWe are located on a rocky out crop amidst golden sands in a quiet area, only 9 km south from the old city centre.(15 minutes by bus across the street ) Puerto Vallarta is a city of romance and history. It's a village with cobble stoned streets and white-washed houses with red-tile roofs. This picturesque city is divided by the Cuale River, which surrounds a five-acre island filled with quaint shops, gardens, and cultural attractions. Puerto Vallarta is located on the largest natural bay in Mexico, which provides opportunities for fishing, diving, snorkeling, para sailing, swimming with dolphins and whale watching. Land activities include golf, tennis and horseback riding jungle tours and dancing. You will enjoy the many shops with local crafts and silver jewelry. You will find everything you need with modern shopping centres located on the North side of town.
Puerto Vallarta has an abundance of great restaurants. Many great beaches, historical architecture, art galleries and warm and relaxing weather. English is used extensively as a second language.
If you are a smoker, even though we would prefer no smoking in the apartment, the balcony is very comfortable. We also rent this condo when not using it. high season $850.00 U.S. or Canadian per week, 2,500.00 per month. Sept, Oct and Nov 600.00 per week, June to end of Aug. 700.00 per week.minimum 3 days.
